Complaint from Robert Carter Silver Spring, MD10 months agoEmpire towing is predatory. They tow cars if they have a failed inspection sticker even though the license plates are valid. But get this they come at night and then when they call to pick up their office isn’t even open to pick the car up. So they charge you for an extra day. Cops don’t even do that. Times are hard out here and well I guess empire towing has to stoop so low as to snatch cars.
